Our technology cleans and polishes metal surfaces back to new condition with no abrasive media residue

* (as can happen with traditional wet or dry blasting).

 

*A few exceptional circumstances would include certain cylinder heads with small

oil galleries with permanently plugged crossholes.

Our operators would need to be aware of these to ensure the galleries are properly plugged prior to blasting.

 or surface impregnation to valuable components.

 

No harmful chemicals are used, making it particularly safe to use on alloys.

No component erosion occurs so critical measurements are maintained.

The resulting high lustre finished surface is less prone to fingerprinting and easier to wipe clean.

 

Surfaces can be rust inhibited simultaneously if required (eg. for cast iron).
